Well even though we followed the rules, the people who just walked up to valet without texting beforehand was able to get there car quicker than we were. Well, someone else walked up to one of the valet people and asked for their car to be retrieved and they valet person asked if they had already texted, they said they had not texted about getting the car. Our luxury hotel in Chicago offers contemporary rooms, a spa and stylish tap-house. When we came down about 13 mins later the car wasn't there yet, so we waited. Stay in the heart of downtown at Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park. We did like they stated and texted while we were still in the room for the car to be retrieved.
We had a slight delay with checking out to retrieve the car. Also, I loved the hot water pitcher that you could use so I can have my hot tea and it doesn't have to taste a bit like hot coffee when you use the other machine.
